Epithelial cells in the urine rarely means a cancer of the urinary tract.
Much more likely there is some type of inflammation process going on of the urinary tract.
Robb and Happydawg are both correct. Boo to the person who gave Happydawg a thumbs-down, because the urinary tract is indeed lined with epithelial cells which can slough off into the urine. Epithelial cells in the urine usually aren’t diagnostically significant.
You don’t mention if there were any other abnormalities in your UA or what your signs/symptoms were. If the rest of the UA was normal, and if you aren’t having any symptoms, you’re probably fine!

Nope. Your normal. Epithelial cells are the normal lining of the urinary tract.
