I would say D and E
A. Some like HPV and EBV cause cancer, but not in most cases
B. Carcinomas (epithelial origin) are common, but would not say most as there are adenocarcimoas, and sacromas
C. Leukemias and osteosarcomas are not the most common, its mostly breast, lung, and prostate
D. There is an inherent genetic predisposition in pretty much any cancer epidemiological study
E. A triggering factor is needed.
